At Chairus, we want you to love your home seating; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture is returned in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
